NEW RIDERS
On March 30, 2024 there will be a training class specifically designed for new/beginning riders to The Police Unity Tour in May. It is highly suggested that if you are a new or beginning rider to The Police Unity Tour that you attend so you’re prepared and safe for The Overnight Training Ride and The Police Unity Tour.
Location:
LAPD Academy 1880 N. Academy Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90012 on the track.
Time: 0800-1200 hrs.
Required Equipment:
Bicycle, Tire Irons, floor pump(If you have one)or three 16 or 20 gram with inflator Co2 cartridges, Extra Tube.
Subjects Covered: Shifting, Maintenance, Group Riding, Flat Repair, Hydrating, Slow Riding Skills and Cornering.
